This flavorful sandwich is great for lunches or you can make smaller hors d'oeuvres sandwiches for parties.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken (or turkey) 4 stalks celery, sliced 4 green onions, sliced ½ cup of mayonnaise 4 teaspoons curry powder ½ Gloria's Apple Chutney 4 tablespoons dried cranberries 4 tablespoons pecans, toasted and chopped Salted and pepper to taste 8 slices of bread (optionally toasted)
Preparation:
Mix everything but the bread in a bowl. Assemble sandwich.
