2 large red ripe tomatoes 16 oz fresh mozzarella balls, large size 6-8 leaves fresh basil Brennan's Cellars Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Thinly slice tomatoes and alternate in a stack with basil and fresh mozzarella. Dress with salt, pepper and olive oil. Serve immediately.
Note: If you want to make this salad extra special, drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction around the salad.
