In the never-ending quest to create the perfect cheese spreads, Skip Brennan has done it.  Skip has found a small factory in southern Wisconsin that specializes in top quality spreads.  Using only the finest of cheese, they are creating the best spreads Skip has ever tasted. 

While watching them produce these tasty treats, Skip came up with a wonderful idea; why not incorporate our exclusive Brennan’s Reserve Chardonnay and Merlot wines into their great mix of cheddar!  As long as we’re at it, let’s do it with our exclusive Pilsner and Dark Amber micro beers.  The result has been phenomenal!  With a super quality product mixed with another super quality product, you end up with a supreme product like Brennan’s Cellars Cheese Spreads.
