Skip Brennan’s annual search begins every spring to find the best cheddars in Wisconsin. He puts on a lot of miles on his red van to find the best cheddars to age. When he finds them, the cheese is shipped to Brennan's Cellars in New Glarus and aged to perfection before its cut, packaged and shipped to each store. Available in 3, 4, 5 and 6 Year Yellow Cheddar and 3 Year White Cheddar. Plus, special aged vintage cheddars.
