Try something different this Easter! Use Brennans own Wisconsin-Made Balsamic Vinegar for a fruity twist on traditional baked ham!
Score the fat on the ham in a diamond pattern. Press 1 clove in the center of each diamond to decorate. Place ham on a wire rack in a large roasting pan.
Combine cranberry sauce and vinegar in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds or until heated through and smooth. Brush half the cranberry mixture over ham. Cover shank end with foil to prevent it burning.
Bake, using a pastry brush to baste with remaining cranberry mixture halfway during cooking, for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until glaze starts to caramelize. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes. Remove cloves. Serve and enjoy!
