Ravioli with Artichoke Pesto

Serving Size:Serves 2-4


  • 1 9-ounce package Nuovo Pasta Cheese Ravioli, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 container Jalapeño Artichoke Pesto
  • 1 4 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 1/2 cup pitted and halved olives
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Serve with a green salad and a glass of Chardonnay like Pomona Winds or South Island.


Cook pasta according package instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water. 

Combine pasta, pesto, artichoke hearts, olives and basil in medium bowl. Add a splash of the water from the cooked pasta pot if desired. Serve warm or chilled.
