Serving Size:Makes 2 cocktails
3/4 cup Rose wine, Soljans, Mastro Banelli, Carlson
4 cups ice
1/4 cup simple syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
You had us at slushie.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve with a straw. Garnish with a strawberry only if you are feeling fancy.
To make simple syrup.
- Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. Stir sugar and water over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 minutes. Transfer syrup to bowl and chill thoroughly.
- DO AHEAD: Syrup can be made 2 weeks ahead. Cover and keep refrigerated.
